Return and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!
If you want to return your goods, please notify us at email@example.com. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. *Sale items can not be returned.
*Look after your goodies as items broken from raving too hard will not be eligible for returns!
We do not accept returns on final sale items so please choose carefully.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. I. We recommend using a tracking postage service for return items to ensure we receive your item.
We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking. Please email us the tracking number.
All items are checked for faults prior to being posted however if you think your goodies are damaged or faulty on arrival, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. All rights under the Consumer Guarantees act 1993 will be met. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your goodies. Please retain and return all packaging including all the shipping packaging.
