What You Need to Know

The whole reason we started Kitty Sparkles was simple: to get your goodies to you fast—no long overseas waits here!

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, with all orders sent within 1–2 working days of being placed.

If your order is urgent, we also offer pickup or local delivery in Papamoa (Bay of Plenty).

Small Items

• Courier : $10 — up to 3 working days

• Courier (rural): $15.70 — up to 5 working days

• Economy: $8 — up to 3 working days

• Economy (rural): $13.70 — up to 5 working days

Large Items

• Courier : $12 — next working day target

• Courier (rural): $17.70 — up to 5 working days

• Economy: $10 — up to 3 working days

• Economy (rural): $15.70 — up to 5 working days​

• Courier: $16 — up to 3 working days

• Rural: $21.70 — 3–5 working days

Australia Shipping

• Small items: $20 — up to 8 working days

• Large items: $23 — up to 8 working days

• Jackets: $35 — up to 8 working days​

📍 Local Delivery – Papamoa

• Delivery time: 1–2 days

• Flat rate: $5

• FREE on orders over $150

• Available within an 11km radius of Papamoa​

Shipping options and pricing will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your order.

Please note: If your address includes a Rural Delivery (RD) number, you must select a rural shipping option at checkout to avoid delays.
